Enusha Khadka is a professional researcher in the field of ISO and Quality Management. As a PhD Scholar (IUKL, Malaysia), she has been carrying research in implementing ISO 9001:2015 in Handicrafts sector of Nepal. She had also graduated as a “Quality Champion” from the International Trade Center and is leading the charge in elevating Nepal’s business landscape. She had worked for Several Non-Governmental Organization like Save the Children, Federation of Community Forest User’s Nepal and so on. She had also worked as Lecturer in different Colleges like Trichandra Multiple College, College of Applied Sciences Nepal. Her area of working is Quality Assurance, Environment Management, Livelihood, Biodiversity, policy advocacy, Pollution control and Emergency Preparedness. She is a Lead Auditor for Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Environment Management System (ISO 14001).

Ishu Subba

Lead Auditor

Ishu Subba has more than 10 years of working experience in quality management, community development, training and facilitation. Her extensive experience and expertise lie in organizational development, documentation, organizing training and conference. She is a Lead Auditor of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) through Quality Austria/NATCM.

Kabita Yadav

Lead Auditor

Kabita Yadav is a researcher and a microbiologist, working in the field of quality management. Her expertise lies in food processing and manufacturing plants, in quality control laboratories, and in research laboratories. She is a Lead Auditor of Food safety management system (IS022000:2018). She is involved in all the major microorganisms and bacterial pathogen tests that may threaten your food and water production facility.

Tatwa P. Timsina, PhD

Quality and Innovation

Dr. Tatwa P. Timsina is the Professor of Tribhuvan University and the Founding Chairperson of the ICA Nepal. He has contributed as a trainer/facilitator for a number of organizations including the Government of Nepal, UNDP, USAID, ADB etc. He facilitates training on various themes such as ISO, quality assurance and management, strategic planning etc. Dr. Timsina has written several books on training and facilitation, environment and development issues. He is the executive member of the NQPCN, an association of the quality professionals in Nepal. Dr. Timsina has traveled more than 50 countries in connection with his work.

Bruno Mei

Innovation

Mr. Mei is the native of Castelnuovo Di Farfa in Sabina, Italy. He studied Economic and Commerce at the University of Rome. He served as the Commercial Technical Expert, Electronic Programmer, Professor and at LANCIA S.PA. In 1974, he served at the Cassa di Risparmio Di Rieti founding the Data Processing Center. Since 1987, he has worked as the Financial Consultant at Banca Fideuram SPA. In 2014 he devoted himself being a true farmer to the anti-suppression and patent of revolutionary systems for the protection of Made in Italy. As a hobby, he runs a small farm in Italy to produce organic products for personal use.

After doing his Masters from TISS, Sanjay has worked with well-known super brands such as NOCIL, MODI XEROX GROUP, CROMPTON GREAVES, ANAND RATHI FINANCIAL SERVICES, WATSON PHARMA AND SOMAIYA GROUP.
